Welcome to Snehidhi. By accessing our website, browsing our products, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products & Availability

Snehidhi offers ready-to-purchase sarees, One-Minute Sarees, Pre-Stitched Saree conversion services, two-piece kurti sets, three-piece kurti sets, and other women’s fashion products.

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Product images are provided for reference, and minor variations in colour, texture, print, embroidery, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, fabric characteristics, or screen settings. Such variations will not be considered manufacturing defects.

2. One-Minute Sarees

One-Minute Sarees are sarees from the Snehidhi collection that are converted and prepared by our team into ready-to-wear sarees after an order is placed.

As these products require stitching and preparation, One-Minute Saree orders will be dispatched within 5–7 working days from the date of order.

Once the order is confirmed, cancellation is not permitted.

3. Pre-Stitched Saree Conversion

Snehidhi also accepts customers’ own sarees for conversion into ready-to-wear Pre-Stitched Sarees. The saree may have been purchased from Snehidhi or from another store.

The conversion will be carried out according to the measurements and requirements provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and ensuring that the saree submitted is suitable for conversion. Snehidhi will not be responsible for pre-existing damage, stains, fading, fabric weakness, tears, loose zari, embroidery damage, or other defects already present in the customer’s saree.

Since the customer’s saree is altered specifically according to their requirements, the Pre-Stitched Saree conversion service is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where a verified production error has occurred on the part of Snehidhi.

4. Dispatch & Processing Time

Our standard dispatch timelines are:

• One-Minute Sarees: Dispatched within 5–7 working days from the date of order.
• Normal Sarees: Dispatched on the next working day.
• Immediate / One-Day Dispatch Orders: Dispatched within one working day.
• Two-Piece & Three-Piece Kurti Sets: Dispatched within one working day.

The above timelines refer to the dispatch date and not the delivery date. Actual delivery time depends on the courier partner, destination, and other logistical circumstances.

Working days generally exclude Sundays and applicable public holidays.

5. Orders & Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation from Snehidhi.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details, including name, phone number, delivery address, size, measurements, and customization requirements wherever applicable.

Snehidhi will not be responsible for delays, additional charges, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and confirmed.

This applies particularly to One-Minute Sarees and Pre-Stitched Saree conversion services, as preparation or customization may begin after the order or service request is received.

7. Size & Measurement

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and providing accurate measurements wherever required.

For One-Minute Sarees and Pre-Stitched Saree conversions, measurements provided by the customer will be used for production.

If an incorrect measurement or size is provided by the customer, Snehidhi will not be responsible for the resulting size issue.

If the Snehidhi team makes a verified measurement or production error, the matter will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.

8. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.

Snehidhi reserves the right to change product prices, discounts, offers, and promotional terms at any time.

The price applicable at the time the order is successfully placed will be considered the final order price.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through third-party courier and logistics partners.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines may vary due to the destination, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other logistical factors.

Snehidhi will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the timelines stated above but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy.

One-Minute Sarees and Pre-Stitched Saree conversion services are customized or prepared according to the customer’s requirements and are therefore generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of verified production or customization errors caused by Snehidhi.

11. Offers & Promotions

Discounts, coupon codes, sale offers, and promotional campaigns may be subject to specific terms and validity periods.

Snehidhi reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or withdraw any offer or promotion at its discretion.

Products purchased under sale, clearance, or promotional offers may have specific exchange or return conditions, which will be communicated where applicable.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Snehidhi website, including the Snehidhi name, logo, photographs, product images, videos, graphics, text, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Snehidhi unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission from Snehidhi.

13. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, occasional errors or inaccuracies may occur. Snehidhi reserves the right to correct such errors and, where necessary, cancel or modify an order affected by an obvious pricing, availability, or product information error.

14. Limitation of Liability

Snehidhi will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, technical issues, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

15. Changes to These Terms

Snehidhi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will be published on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or placement of an order after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
